  Driver arrived very shortly after we drove to multi -story area. On our return after making calls to meet and greet company the car and driver were waiting for us. Very prompt and courteous service

  Really easy to find, always answered the phone saying my number plate so I was quite impressed with the knowledge. On pick up they rang me first as we were slightly delayed car was back where we left it. Super will use again!!!

  I would certainly recommend this company. Everything went smoothly - we had no waiting around - the driver was there to meet us when we arrived at Luton and our car was already there waiting for us when we arrived back from our holiday. The terminal building is very easy to reach from the Meet and Greet Parking on the third floor of the Multi-Storey Car Park. I have booked with this company for August.

  Had to wait 15 mins on arrival at Luton for pick up driver even though we'd phoned well ahead. Vehicle was ready though on arrival back at the car park after the holiday.

  Overall good value for money. But only one man on the parking level, there is no clear indication or stand where to find him. Have to call him, there is no other way to find him. On return it took extra 10-15 min to get the car back, although followed all the instructions to call once baggage reclaimed. And again no clear indication where to find the Mobit representative on the floor as he was in plain cloths. Car's dash camera was switched off on return as well.
