Straightforward to find the parking area on the top of the multi storey car park. There was a minibus about to leave for the terminals so we were on our way within a couple of minutes. When we mentioned we were going to one of the airport hotels that evening rather than T5, we were dropped off there, much to our surprise.
On returning to T5, we were picked up very promptly and taken back to our car.
Will definitely use this service again when flying from Heathrow.
