TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Bookings
1.1 The booking is only confirmed once you have received the booking
reference number by email or from one of our representatives.
1.2 Please make sure to arrive at car park at least 30 minutes prior to check in
time with your airline. In normal road conditions it can take up to 15 minutes
for our drivers to reach terminals, however we are not responsible if bad traffic
causes you to miss your flight or any other loss happen.
1.3 The bookings are valid for the times, dates, price and terminal specified in
your booking only and Quotes are valid at the time of booking only.
1.4 If you are late by 30 days from the fixed exit date to collect your vehicle you
will have to contact our customer service team and to inform us by email
providing all the information and details required.
1.5 In case any vehicle have been abandoned in such circumstances, We shall
be entitled to remove and sell the vehicle and deduct from the proceeds both
our reasonable handling expenses and any unpaid sums for days in which the
car has been in the car park calculated at the tariff of your chosen service. We
will send the balance amount by cheque to the owner. We will give not less
than 30 days notice prior to do this.
1.6 When you return to collect your car we will pay for up to 15 minutes in the
airport terminal collection car park, so make sure that you call us when you
are almost there to collect your vehicle because If you go over 15 minutes you
will be required to pay the airports standard fee in order to exit the car park.
1.7 We make sure that collections and deliveries of the vehicle are made at the
requested times. However, We do not accept any responsibility for delays
caused as a result of circumstances beyond our own control, such as traffic
congestion, delays of flights, luggage or immigration, road accidents, security
alerts and severe weather conditions.
1.8 All services are subject to availability.
2. Payments
2.1 You must ensure that the credit or debit card you are using is your own (or,
subject to our agreement, if it is a third party's you have their express
authorisation, to use their credit or debit card) and that sufficient funds are
available to cover the cost of the arrangements you are booking.
2.2 Increased duration of the stay will be debited from the clients account and
payment collected prior to the return of the vehicle. Any extended days will be
charged by £20.00 daily.
2.3 Full payment of booked service is due prior to the commencement of the
service.
2.4 An additional charge of £25.00 is applied in case your return time passes
midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be
delivered after midnight.
3. Cancellation & Amendments
3.1 Any amendments will be subject to amendment fee of £10.00 unless
agreed. There is no charge if you need to make amendment in your car details,
contact number, email address, flight number (if misspelled or was unknown
at the time you made your reservation), your first name or last name (in case
misspelled).
3.2. Please refer to Mobit Airport Parking for Amendments and Cancellations.
3.3 There is no refund made of any cancellation or non use of our service
within 24 hours of the day of travel.
3.4 Any customer wishing to curtail length of stay for a service once that
service has commenced will be liable to pay the fee for the whole service
booked.
All amendments must be sent via email.
4. Liability
4.1 Your vehicle should be taxed and comply with the Road Traffic Act 1988.
This is deemed by us to be the case for the whole duration while the vehicle is
in our possession. Any liabilities occurred by Our Company as a result of the
client's vehicle not complying with the Road Traffic Act, the Customer will be
the one who is responsible for all costs/liabilities incurred by the Company.
4.2 We cannot accept liability for any mechanical, electrical or structural failure
of any part of your vehicle including Windscreens, Glass, Tyres, Alarms,
Immobilisers, Flat-Batteries, tyres and in particular alloy wheels howsoever
caused. This list is not exhaustive.
4.3 We accept no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever caused unless
proved to be caused by the negligence of our employees.
4.4 In the event that the car acquires a puncture whilst in our possession
(including slow punctures) we reserve the right to charge either to inflate the
tyre or for the changing of the tyre. We do not accept liability for punctures
whilst in our custody.
4.5 We do not take any responsibility for deterioration in the condition of the
vehicle while its in our keeping.
4.6 We will not pay more than £20,000 for loss of or damage to the vehicle.
4.7 The internal condition of the car is not checked at any time and no
responsibility is accepted for the interior condition or any interior
parts/accessories.
4.8 We will not be held responsible for any claims of any nature below £750.00
including any alleged dents, bumps and scratches.
4.9 We do not accept any responsibility for delays of its service, caused as a
result of circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion,
delayed flights, road accidents, security alerts, severe weather conditions,
luggage delays and immigration delays. This list is not exhausted.
4.10 We will not be responsible for any minor scratches or dents (whether
marked on the document or not) which may not be responsible to identify in
confined times and weather conditions.
4.11 We have no liability for any faulty cars alarm fobs, house or any other
keys or valuables which are left on the key ring or inside the vehicle.
4.12 A customer should have a spare key to the vehicle which they take with
them.
4.13 Any claims for damages must be reported immediately to our staff
immediately on delivery of the vehicle.
4.14 Any claims will not be considered in case they are reported after the
vehicle has been returned to your possession or if there is a delay in reporting
any claims that cannot be verified by us.
4.15 If any vehicle dose not starts due to a flat battery, we reserve the right to
charge for our time in attempting to start the vehicle. We will not be held
responsible for any consequences that may result us having to jump-start
your vehicle.
4.16 In the event that your vehicle needs to be repaired as result of our
negligence, it must be carried out by our own approved organisation. It will be
your responsibility to deliver and collect the car from the garage at your own
cost. We will not authorise or agree for any works to be carried out by
dealerships even in the event of the vehicle forgoing its warranty.
4.17 During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be
parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to
15 miles away (one way), depending which terminal you have dropped your
vehicle off. Please note the security level at these secondary compounds may
not be at the same level as the main compound.
4.18 We do not offer any other vehicle as a substitute (courtesy vehicle) whiles
your vehicle is being repaired.
4.19 We cannot generate the safety of vehicle nor their contents. Be aware that
the car parks are open-air surface compound.
4.20 We do not accept liability for damage to the vehicles or other property
arising from acts of God like natural disasters or any causes which is beyond
our own control.
4.21 We do not accept any liability if you lose your Return Receipt and this is
presented to the Company by a third party who uses it fraudulently to take
your vehicle.
4.22 Loss or damage covered by your own insurance. No vehicles will be
covered for Theft/Fire/Flood/Malicious damage or any other intervening act of
nature whilst the vehicle is parked in our custody. such cases will revert back
to your insurer.
4.23 After you made the booking, the terms which apply are those which were
on the website at the time of booking. Please do not assume that the terms
which applied on one occasion when you booked a service from us will
continue to apply when you next book. They can be changed in different times.
4.24 We will not accept any liability for your vehicle if you opt for car wash and
any old dents and scratches becomes visible after valeting.
4.25 We endeavour to deliver your vehicle back to you within 45 mins
depending on traffic, weather conditions.During the busy period it may take
more than 45 minutes.
4.26 We will not refund your fee for if any delays on delivery and pickup.
4.27 We will not be held liable for any delayed or missed flights/car hire
charges.
